Techniques we apply in the method

1. Breathwork

Learn exactly how the breath works. Gain a practical understanding of the theoretical frameworks on which all breathing techniques are based. Learn to see through the most common misconceptions about breathing.

2. Plant Medicine

The 4 live sessions with bodywork are a powerful and healing way to release emotions and negative experiences stored in the body and remove blockages

3. Systemic Work

Breathwork can be understood as well as felt directly. Knowledge that you do not have to take for granted but can simply experience this for yourself. In 7 weeks you can already expect great results.

4. The armouring

Pathway Forms

  • Loose session

    Choose a single session in which you determine the form of work, such as breath work, body work or coaching. This option is especially suitable as an introduction or when you want to work with a specific theme, without entering into a program.

  • 3 month track

    Start the three-month program with an average of one session every two weeks. After the initial appointments, together we'll see which components serve you most, such as support sessions, group work or a ceremony. You will receive personal assignments, integration guidance and 20% discount on all my work.

  • Mentoring

    Choose a 6- or 12-month mentoring program in which we work together for a long period of time on your growth and direction. You will receive personal guidance, assignments and regular sessions, complemented by options such as group work, ceremonies or intensive immersions. All tailored to your path, with 20% discount on all my work.

Optional Microdosing.

This program includes the opportunity to use a microdose of truffle to enhance the learning experience. A microdose is a barely perceptible dose of a psychedelic substance that has been scientifically shown to increase focus and learning ability.

Psilocybin, the active ingredient in truffles, increases our neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to adapt. In addition, new connections are formed between different brain regions, while the "default mode network" - responsible for standard routines and patterns - is less active. Either your current "self" relaxes for a while, giving your "desired self" room to develop.

We serve the psilocybin truffle which is relatively mild, completely safe and 100% legal here in the Netherlands. This is completely optional, some will want to partake in it and others will not. It is just an available tool.
