Group Work Schedule
Group work is often part of my programs, but can also be booked separately. In a group, you learn things you cannot discover on your own: you are mirrored, you share, you see yourself reflected in others, and you experience the power of breathing and deepening together. Think of men's circles, The Shadow Work Program, the Friday Morning Retreat, or a psilocybin deep dive. These gatherings open up new insights and strengthen your process.
1:1 Program for Men: The Intensive
The Intensive is an individual program for men who are ready to break patterns and truly encounter themselves. This work is intense, honest, and transformative. You step out of your comfort zone, explore what is holding you back, and build direction, strength, and responsibility. For those who are truly willing to change and create the life that is right for them.
1:1 Program for Men: The Baseline
The Baseline is an ongoing 1:1 program in which you work with me regularly to gain clarity and direction in your life. It is less intense than The Intensive, but provides the structure and guidance you need to stay on track and strengthen your development step by step.
