From breathing circle to morning retreat
In recent years we have had the opportunity to lead countless breath sessions, circles and ceremonies - from intimate 1-on-1 sessions to groups of 10 people in a circle, and even up to 90 participants simultaneously in impressive churches in Amsterdam.
In our own space in The Hague we can bring together all this knowledge and experience. Here we create the breath circle as we ourselves would like to receive it: powerful, loving and deepening. Over the years our breathing circle has grown into a mini-retreat - a moment of relaxation, inspiration and clarity.
Many participants describe their experience after this morning with words like: reborn, clear, connected, centered, relaxed, loving, safe and grounded. A wonderful start to your weekend!
The problem of always being "on"
Sufficient moments of Immersion in your life are essential in the Full Range Human method. Immersion, freely translated as immersion, are moments in which you do not need to know, but have the opportunity to sink into what is naturally present in your body. In our modern lives, we are often constantly "on" - thinking, planning, reacting. Immersion offers a counterbalance: moments when the body is given space to release tension and feel what is truly true for you. These moments create clarity and space to break through blockages, process emotions and discover deeper layers of yourself.
Our Immersion sessions are carefully designed to support you in this. They provide a safe and professional setting in which you can fully surrender to the moment, guided by experienced facilitators. 3 Types of Immersion Mornings
On average, we schedule about two Friday mornings per month, alternating mornings according to one of the following types:
Open Immersion Mornings - open to everyone, whether you have experience with breathwork, cacao or microdosing or not. In these sessions, we largely follow a set format and there is additional space for instruction and guidance so that you become familiar with us and the methods.
Community Immersion Mornings - open only to participants who have previously experienced an Immersion Session. These sessions are freer in focus and designed to go deeper into the experience, without basic instruction.
XXL Immersion Mornings - in these extended mornings we take more time so you can sink more intensely and deeply into the experience. Suitable for those already familiar with us or Immersion mornings.
These sessions are part of the Full Range Human Method. The Full Range Human Method is an integrative approach that addresses the full human being.

About Microdosing
Within this breathing circle is the opportunity to microdose a psychedelic truffle. Microdosing involves taking a very small amount of a psychedelic drug, such as truffles.
In this subtle dose, you don't experience a trip, but you do experience several benefits. You become more aware of your emotions, thoughts and patterns, which helps you observe yourself more objectively and work with greater clarity on what is relevant to you in that moment.
Microdosing and breathwork together form a powerful, natural combination that can support your process. Psilocybin, the active ingredient in truffles, deepens the breathing session and helps you get in touch with your feelings and emotions more easily. As a result, less intense breathwork is needed and fretting, overthinking and analysis are not given space for a while.
Important to know: the use of truffles is 100% legal in the Netherlands.
About Cocoa
Ceremonial cocoa is pure, unprocessed cocoa that has been used in rituals for centuries because of its heart-opening and consciousness-expanding properties. Combined with the breathing circle, cocoa helps you sink deeper into your feelings, release blockages and move through the breathing process with more gentleness and openness. The natural compound theobromine stimulates a gentle increase in energy and promotes relaxation, while the antioxidants and minerals have a nourishing effect. Although cocoa is not a psychedelic, it acts as a "mood enhancer" and strengthens your connection to your heart.
Combining cocoa with a microdose of psilocybin creates a synergistic effect: the truffle opens the mind, while cocoa opens the heart. Cocoa contains MAOIs that slow the breakdown of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, subtly enhancing the effects of psilocybin. In addition, cocoa's natural fats and increased blood flow improve absorption of active ingredients, deepening the experience. For many, a hot cocoa drink is a delicious and supportive accompaniment to chewing truffles, making the journey more enjoyable both physically and mentally.
What to expect
After registration, you will receive an Intake form in which you can share with us your desires for counseling, relevant background and any questions you may be struggling with.
We receive you in our warm group room in The Hague, within walking distance of forest, dunes, beach and sea. For each participant (max 8) there is a mattress, pillow and blanket ready.
Within the circle is the opportunity to deepen the experience with Ceremonial Cocoa and a Microdosing of a Psychadlical truffle. The nourishing cocoa will allow you to postpone your breakfast until after the session.
We often start with a guided meditation and/or active movement exercise. Through this you become aware of your present experience.
We invite everyone, following the meditation, to formulate an intention. This is a sentence or word that clearly articulates your need. So what you want to breathe for. This gives your mental system direction during the session.
Explanation and demonstration of breathing technique.
We will breathe, lying on a soft surface. There is carefully selected music to support your journey. The coaches guide the breath through voice and gentle touch (if agreed to in advance). This gives your body suggestions where there is tension that can be released or where the breath is not coming. As a result, the breath comes into new places in the body during the session and the diaphragm relaxes. This releases mental and emotional blockages and opens new breathing areas. Through which you gain insight into your core of light, love and joy.
Integration and relaxation. In this phase, the energy you have generated from active connected breathing comes to rest. Integration takes place as you surrender and trust the process. You receive and do not need to do anything else.
We conclude with an opportunity to share some more about your session.

About counseling
Breath circles I teach together with my life partner Janneke. Together we did the training to become a breath coach in 2022. I experience Janneke's energy as a rare embodiment of feminine warmth, gentleness, tranquility and above all a lot of "earth". In addition, Janneke is a fantastic musician with an enormous amount of experience in leading ceremonies. These qualities make it possible for me to embody my own more masculine energy without having to worry about balance. Janneke is my balance and it is my intention to be that together for the attendees.

This can be different for everyone. The energy of the group can be powerful which can help participants explore new parts and states of being. Others, on the other hand, find this too intense and feel better and safer with more personal attention. If you prefer to try it alone first, you are welcome for a 1-on-1 session.

You will receive an email with details after registration. The preparation is minimal. It is especially important to have an open mind. Provide comfortable clothing, do not have a heavy meal right before the session and avoid alcohol and caffeine

Wear loose, comfortable clothing in which you can move freely. The most important thing is that you feel relaxed during the session. We make sure the temperature in the room is warm. So wrapping yourself up thickly is not necessary and makes bodywork somewhat difficult.
